My gym is having a “stay healthy” challenge. I was very gung ho to sign up when I first read about it. The deadline ends in three days. Still haven’t signed up.
The only thing I want out of this is to get back on track with exercise. But I haven’t signed up yet, mostly because they apparently do a “pre-assessment” and I don’t want to see the numbers. I know this is the most I have ever weighed in my life, and I know that there is no reason for it.
I just feel embarrassed right now, and I don’t know if seeing these numbers will give me the kick in the booty I need or if I’ll just completely give up.
I guess we’ll see soon. I’m going to the gym tonight and the plan is definitely to sign up as I leave. Hopefully I’ll have a really awesome working- sometimes, the more stressed out I am the better the workout is.
